Request sample contents, fees and shipping before a larger batch. Test the exact chosen packaging with your own formula and filling process.

Preparation & China dispatch

Orders are mainly dispatched from China. Confirm preparation time, any production or decoration stages, carrier and estimated transit time separately.

Freight & destination charges

Provide a delivery country and postal code. Freight, import duties, taxes and the agreed delivery responsibilities should be stated in the quotation.

Changes, damage & order issues

Check the agreed order and packaging requirements before payment. Report damage, missing parts or specification differences with the order reference and supporting photos. Handling and any return arrangements are confirmed for the specific order.
